Job Applicant Information
When individuals apply for positions through our website, Policy and Research Advisory Services (PoRAS) collects and stores personal information such as the applicant’s name, email, phone number, and submitted CVs and cover letters.
Data Usage: The information provided by applicants, including CVs and cover letters, is solely used for internal hiring purposes. External reviewers contracted by the organization might have access to this data for evaluation within the organization but never share it with third parties.
Data Protection: All applicant information is kept confidential within the organization. External parties never receive access to individual applicant data.
Assigned ID: To ensure secure management, each applicant is assigned a unique identifier within our system for identification and organization purposes.
IP Tracking: IP addresses may be tracked to prevent fraudulent activities and ensure the security of our application process.
Cookies

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
When individuals apply for positions through our website, the information provided by applicants, including CVs and cover letters, is retained on the website indefinitely to identify suitable candidates for future opportunities within the organization.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
